Fixes & Modifications: Fixed a bug with EpicMonks where GraceOfHeaven skill wasn't increasing the Max-Stamina as it should. Balanced the Stamina Re-generation for monks & increased the cooldown on WWK skill. Fixed an issue where the Taoist's Backsword/EpicBacksword stats were not loaded up correctly. According to the previous fix, Taos will be having as max as other classes Blessed stats.
